At Hope & Love Co., we specialize in wedding management that starts before the big day ever arrives. We’re not full-service planners, and we’re not hands-off venue staff. We’re the Goldilocks of wedding planning: just the right amount of support.

You’ve already done the heavy lifting, booking your vendors, finalizing the seating chart, and pulling together your vision. Now it’s our turn to step in, get you organized ahead of time, and reduce the risk of day-of chaos so everything runs seamlessly. Unlike “day-of coordinators” who show up the morning of or “venue coordinators” who are hyper focused on the venue itself, we partner with you in advance to confirm details, coordinate logistics, and tie up loose ends so by the time the weekend arrives, you can actually enjoy it.

From rehearsal to send-off, we’re your calm in the chaos: timeline whisperers, vendor wranglers, dress-bustlers, and curveball-handlers (with a fully stocked emergency kit).

The result? A smooth, joy-filled wedding day where you get to be fully present, because we’ve already set the stage.
