Because Trust Starts with Clarity

  • A “Day-Of” Coordinator typically steps in just for the wedding day itself, making sure things run according to the plan you’ve already created. Wedding Management goes a step further — we come on board weeks (or even months) before your wedding to review your plans, catch any gaps, confirm vendor details, and create a seamless timeline.

With Wedding Management, you get more than just day-of execution — you get a trusted partner who ensures all the moving pieces come together long before you walk down the aisle.

  • A Day-of Venue Coordinator works for the venue. Their focus is on the space, staff, and anything directly related to the property. They’ll make sure the venue is ready, the catering runs smoothly, and the in-house team stays on track.

Wedding Management is hired by you and is dedicated to your entire vision. We handle every moving part of the day from coordinating with all your vendors to managing the timeline, solving last-minute hiccups, and ensuring your plans come to life exactly as you imagined. While a Venue Coordinator is an important partner, they’re just one piece of the puzzle. Wedding Management ensures the whole picture comes together beautifully.

  • We welcome bookings as far in advance as you’d like. Many couples reserve their date 12–18 months ahead to ensure our availability. That said, we also work with couples on shorter timelines when our calendar allows.

The sooner you book, the sooner we can start reviewing your plans, answering questions, and giving you peace of mind. Whether your wedding is next month or next year, we’re here to make sure you feel supported every step of the way.

  • Yes! We’re happy to help with set-up and break-down as part of our services.

Depending on the scope, it may require additional team members, which would come at an added cost.

This is one of the main discussions that we have within our initial consultation, so we can understand your needs, plan accordingly, and ensure everything is handled smoothly.

  • Not exactly. Our role is focused on wedding management. While a wedding planner is typically involved from the very start, helping design your vision, source vendors, and plan every detail, we step in later to bring your plans to life.

We review what you’ve already put in place, fill in any gaps, coordinate with your vendors, and manage the day so everything runs seamlessly. Think of us as the team that makes sure all your hard work and planning come together beautifully.

  • We believe in transparency and flexibility when it comes to pricing. To reserve your wedding date, we require a non-refundable retainer fee at the time of signing. From there, our services are billed at an hourly rate, so you only pay for the support you truly need.

To create a package that’s the perfect fit, we offer a complimentary one-hour consultation. This is our chance to walk through your plans together and ensure you have the right level of support for your day.

  • Absolutely! We love bringing our services to couples near and far. While most of our weddings are based in New England, we’re happy to travel wherever your celebration takes us.

For events outside our local area, travel fees may apply, and we’ll discuss those upfront so there are no surprises. Whether your wedding is across town or across the country, we’re here to make sure you feel supported every step of the way.

  • Yes! We’re happy to offer a 15% discount in certain situations, such as through referrals or special promotions. We believe in rewarding connections and saying thank you to the communities that support us.

If you think you might qualify, just let us know during your consultation and we’ll be sure to apply it where it fits.

  • To secure your wedding date, we require a non-refundable retainer fee at the time of signing. The remaining balance is due one week before your wedding day.

Please note that while your final payment is due closer to your wedding, the total amount becomes non-refundable three months prior to your date.

  • You’re welcome to add additional hours of support after booking (based on our availability), but once your contract is signed, the number of hours agreed upon can’t be reduced. This helps us reserve the right amount of time and resources to fully support your day.

If you think you might need extra time, we’re happy to discuss options so you feel confident you’ll have the coverage you need.
