Together, it’s easy

There are two key stages when it comes to working with us:

Initial Intake & The Week Of

It’s all part of our easy, breezy, three-step process designed to keep you calm, collected, and blissfully unbothered.

Initial Intake

Step #1

1 hour session to get to know one another

Weddings are based on love and relationships. we can’t step into your shoes if we never get to know one another

During this time, we will also talk through what you’re looking for support in.

Step #2

Complete our onboarding quiz

Through this, we’ll get a better understanding of your vision & expectations of the day. Through these results, I’ll provide you with a quote on how much the services will be.

Step #3

Submit all Vendor & Day of information

Over time, you will have collected various materials such as vendor contracts, seating charts, floor plans, you name it that will need to be passed off to our team to execute. Don’t worry, we will provide you with a check list so you don’t forget anything. These will all live in your designated couples drive located in the Client Lounge portal.

Week Before I do’s

Step #1

Ensure all materials are posted to your designated drive account

We will send a couple of text & email reminders to ensure nothing is missing. We are also available to you that week if you should have any questions or concerns.

Step #2

Day of walk through

We will hold a private walk through of the space prior to talk through all logistics and details. We will have an agenda of the day however, this time allows us to make any last minute changes that might be necessary.

Step #3

Enjoy the day!

We will help ensure that everything on the agenda that was discussed is executed. All you need to do is sit back and enjoy the day!
