Meet Founder & Lead Wedding Manager, Hope Gaetani

Hope has been the calm in the chaos, the keeper of the timeline, and the friendly face ensuring every detail of a couple’s big day goes exactly as planned, or at least looks like it did, since 2021.

That said, her journey in hospitality didn’t start there.

At the age of 17, working events at a banquet hall in Scotia, NY. Since then, she has worn nearly every hospitality hat imagined: production coordinator, server, marketing director, nightclub promoter, university catering lead, and social events director for her sorority.

Hope has also worked behind the scenes on major brand productions for Reebok and L.L. Bean, coordinating the kind of logistics that make even the most intricate wedding timelines seem simple. From high-profile product launches to packed dance floors, she thrives in fast-paced, high-stakes environments where calm leadership and quick thinking are essential.

For Hope, this work is more than just professional experience. It’s personal. Her grandmother, a wedding seamstress and cake baker, instilled in her a love for beautiful details, a fierce commitment to showing up with heart, and the belief that a spare sewing kit can fix almost anything. Hope & Love Co. is both a business and a tribute, honoring that legacy by crafting seamless, love-filled days for couples who deserve to be fully present for every meaningful moment.
